To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably in the original Sanity Jewelry pouch provided with your order.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Does my jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes, every Sanity Jewelry purchase includes a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear from improper care.
Can I track my order?
